Series 32 Exam Futures Registration - United
Kingdom
The National Futures Association has amended Registration Rule 401 to allow a
General Representative or a Futures and Options Representative, who has taken
and passed the exams of the Securities and Futures Authority in the United
Kingdom, to meet NFA requirements by passing a shortened version of the U.S.
commodity futures exam, that is, the Series 32 exam.
The Series 32 exam focuses on the U.S. regulatory requirements and is, essentially, Part II Rules and Regulations of the
Series #3 exam. The five major categories to the test are: General Topics, FCM/IB Regulations, CPO/CTA Subjects, Arbitration Procedures, and NFA Disciplinary Procedures.
The Series 32 exam is 35 true and false questions with 70% required to pass.
