convenience. The Series 3 text is divided
into the same categories as the exam
-- this gives you a feeling as to
the weighting of the topics on the
exam.
The Series 3 study program includes
end-of-category quizzes of 25 to 40
questions and two 125-point practice
final exams. One final exam is
random but properly weighted and the
other is divided into how the test
is graded – Market Knowledge and
Rules/Regulations --
no other study
program is constructed this way!

insures that you don't skip an
important topic

Take the quizzes
until you get an 80-90% accuracy
-- and then take the final exams
Once you get 90%'s
on the finals -- your actual exam

On this single-user
system you can take the quizzes up
to ten times each; to maintain fresh
test content, the CD expires after a
certain time-period from the date of
purchase -- you should take the #3
exam within 120 days of buying the
CD.

The CFTC has amended it's rule regarding ethics
training for NFA registrants to allow for flexibility in the format, frequency
and providers of ethics training, and permits each firm to tailor its training
program to better suit its own operations. This has shifted the
responsibility to each firm to adopt and implement appropriate ethics training.

established and you will train under that program.
If you are forming your own CTA, CPO or IB, however, our 4 hour program
that discusses ethical behavior in relation to rules and regulations may suit
your needs.
